After reading an article claiming that we need to end the "all white, all male" airline industry, the idea of bumping the most qualified in order to employ more minorities is going a little far. In certain cases, like the airline industry, we need to move beyond that and definitely staff the best for the job. Even if every pilot was a white man, if they are the best, they need to be flying planes. Peoples lives are in their hands.
